悬赏一个玩家并设置赏金

/bounties 打开赏金菜单
/bounties leaderboard

打开赏金排行榜

/bounties reload 重载插件

权限:
bountyhunters.gui 允许打开赏金菜单
bountyhunters.add 允许设置悬赏
bountyhunters.claim 允许玩家获取赏金
bountyhunters.leaderboard-gui 允许使用排行榜
bountyhunters.imun 防止其他玩家设置悬赏你 [拥有这个插件玩家将无法悬赏你]
bountyhunters.op OP权限[管理权限]
